Copier Purchase Program -- Covered by RFP 17160
The Purchasing Department is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2019 a new Regent’s Master agreement is available for use from Request for Proposal number 17160 for Multi-Function Copier Purchases. The agreement is valid through December 31, 2021 with two optional extensions available for a potential seven year total agreement. This agreement for multi-function copier purchases and has been awarded to Access Systems. As a Regent’s Master agreement, all future purchases for multi-function copiers must be made through Access Systems. The University contract number for this agreement is 18871. This contract number can be applied in ePro to purchase requisitions to help streamline the ordering process.
