| Fees | The Supplier will provide all flights at no greater than a 6% markup/broker fee on the total cost of a given flight from the flight provider selected to provide the service to the Universities. |
| Flight Cancellation Policy | For all flights booked by the Supplier for the Universities, the Universities are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the quoted cost of the flight if the cancellation is made by the Universities within 25-72 hours of a given flight’s scheduled departure time. If the flight is cancelled by the Supplier or by the chosen flight provider for any reason, including inclement weather, within 72 hours of a given flight’s departure time, the Universities will not be subject to any cancellation fees. If the Universities cancel a flight within 24 hours of a given flight’s scheduled departure time, the University will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the quoted cost of that particular flight. For any flight cancellations made prior to 72 hours before a given flight’s departure, the Universities will not be assessed any cancellation fees. |
