The Board of Regents implemented purchasing policy changes on September 22, 2026.  While the ePro system, Purchasing webpages, online policies and procedures, and online training are being updated, the major policy changes are detailed at  https://ap-purchasing.fo.uiowa.edu/board-regents-policy-changes.  The changes include an increase of the bid threshold from $50,000 to $100,000 with the exception of federal funding purchases which will continue to have a bid threshold of $50,000.  Any questions regarding policy chances can be directed to Renee Funk at renee-funk@uiowa.edu.
