The University of Iowa’s contract with Destinations Unlimited is now able to accept reservations via phone, email and the Concur booking tool. Any new travel reservations through Concur will be fully managed by Destinations Unlimited. Travelers are encouraged to utilize Destinations Unlimited if agency support is needed for travel reservations. Travelers should know this service with Destinations Unlimited is an optional service and not required. Travelers are also reminded that all trip creation and travel reconciliation will continue in ProTrav.

- Guest Travel: For those arranging travel for guests call or email Destinations Unlimited directly to create travel plans. Do not utilize Concur for these reservations.

- Users will need to authenticate to access Concur. This can be done through the “SAP concur Password” option or “Sign in with an email link” option.
- Duo authentication will be established in the future.
- Travelers who have already registered an account with Concur will be able to use their same login information. If you have already registered an account with Concur, do not create a new account.
- Training for Concur:
- The Concur site will operate the same as it did with CTP. Additional training from Destinations Unlimited will be provided on Oct. 29 at 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Additional trainings will be available on an as needed basis and listed on the Purchasing website travel page.
- Users will need to authenticate to access Concur. This can be done through the “SAP concur Password” option or “Sign in with an email link” option.
Collegiate Travel Partners (CTP)
The university's agreement with CTP ends Oct. 21, 2024. Travelers who made reservations through CTP prior to contract termination or through Concur before Sept. 20, will need to address any travel changes with CTP through the contact information below.
