The Purchasing Department is pleased to announce the new Document Destruction Supplier now is in place with On-Site Information Destruction. Contract # 17397.

 

Informational Sessions

 

The Purchasing Department will be hosting a series of informational sessions for users with any questions regarding contract implementation including account setup, customer service and delivery contacts, pricing, as well as other operational questions. These sessions are being provided in an effort to help end users with a smooth transition to the new supplier. You will be able to meet with new supplier representatives and Purchasing Department representatives. .  These sessions are open-house format so attendees are not required to attend an entire session and can arrive at any time during the scheduled session. Please feel free to bring in your questions and concerns.

  • April 6, Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. @ Plaza Centre One (PCO) Conference Room 280
  • April 9, Monday, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. @ Plaza Centre One  (PCO) Conference Room 280

  • April 23, Monday, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. @ Medical Education Research Facility Conference Room 2117
  • April 23, Monday, 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. @ Plaza Centre One  (PCO) Conference Room 280
